A minimum deposit of $250.00 is necessary in order to reserve a space. The $250.00 Deposit is refundable upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding debts/ balances. The deposit is refundable solely at the discretion of Hartman Group Properties, LLC.

All Internet transactions are subject to a non-refundable Internet Transaction Fee of $20.00.

A pro-rated amount of $33.00 ($1000.00 rental rate)/$56.00($1700.00 rental rate), per night will be reconciled and result in a credit balance if you move out prior to rent cycle ending, excluding the of $250 nonrefundable deposit. All payments are applied first to any outstanding balances and then to any current amounts due. Rent is due on a monthly basis.

The Resident Incidental Account is a service Hartman Group Properties provides for our residents for the first 30 days at The Hartman House. Payments for the Resident Incidental Account are typically $75 per week for grocery food card, and pocket money to be individually determined. Any credits will be refunded upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any outstanding balance. Deposits for Resident Incidental Accounts are made on a monthly basis.

All Internet transactions are final, and are not subject to reversal and/or cancellation. You will be directed to a secure website where you will enter your personal credit card and/or bank account information (Note: Hartman Group Properties, LLC/The Hartman House will not have access to that information), and by authorizing said payment you acknowledge acceptance of the Internet Transaction Policy as stated herein.

Any partial refunds are at the sole discretion of Hartman Group Properties, LLC/The Hartman House, and will be made within 30 days, in the form of a check from Hartman Group Properties, LLC, forwarded by the U.S. Mail.
